Default This week's scribe is full of win.

http://www.guildwars.com/community/t...ibe-070118.php

Remember guys, despite Anet making HA go from terrible to god-awful a few months back, complaining for fixes means they hate you.

Although, GG being so fiery on the forums that they had to tell you guys to play nice (because PvPers read the scribe, apparently).

Suggestion: Release the changes, especially skill changes, before the event. This way people can have exploits in mind and provide quality feedback by showing us all the flaws right off the bat. This way the gross flaws can be corrected quickly and the entire weekend won't be ruinded like each of the last pvp beta weekends have been.

And lock the ladder FFS.

does that include people saying gvg is 8v8 who needs an 8v8 ha? Squabbles will ensure as soon as that point is made by someone again.

however remember the most important part of the scribes message

I think it's going to be very ill-advised to GvG this weekend until the dust has settled a bit.

Some people will be able to take advantage no doubt. The skill balance may cause problems in the initial stage no doubt they will be fixed during or just after the weekend but some guilds may suffer if they are on the recieving end. However most people will be in HA to see what changes are in place.

p.s. nice game against cow btw, the rolled us in like 6 mins or something so it was good to see them struggle even if it was for one game

I still remember one article by scribe that wasnt applauded here

Anyway, I hope everyone on this forum will storm the newly opened guru section, so OUR comments will be well heard ( without doubt lots of others will want to post there, its important tho, that the HA community will be prevalent in those threads - but try not to flame the scrubs too much guys ), also remember that flaming the devs ( personal attacks ) will not be tolerated by site admins.

Locking the GVG ladder would be for the win, but I seriously doubt they will do it. I just hope "signet of might" wont reappear this time, under different name.

Thanks. I was the only person on the team to die, because for some reason kry has a magical ability to extend past the other team to the flagger, regardless of location.

or toxicity, or quicksand, or any other insane ranger/rit skill that no one cares about until it can be abused. Not GvGing this weekend is probably for the best, especially if they buff any skill whatsoever, because that means that you're either going to get rolled by some bug or some overpowered ability that you're unprepared for, and the actual benefit of GvGing isn't going to outweigh the risk (though without the ATs yet, there's no benefit either. Same goes for the lack of GWNC too).
